The method she has proposed encourages everyone to share their opinions, argue with...。小春野白绢、凤薇薇安、诸星つぽみ虽然年龄不大，却拥有神奇的变身能力，可以变身为普通人20倍大的巨大战士，为保护东京与疯狂的怪兽们展开战斗。她们每次变身的时间只有3分钟，但就是在这短短的３分钟内，她们往往可以轻易的击败对手，及时制止罪案的发生……。本片讲述四个来自不同地方，不同学历、不同身份的男女，来到深圳这个大城市打拼的故事。有的机智狡猾，有的老实猛干，有的自主创业，有的一步一步努力。她们都有属于自己的故事和结局。。
