The two men go head to head in a legal and moral conflict t...。警察叻sir（陈百祥 饰）为了取得黑社会头目曾琛（曾志伟 饰）的犯罪证据，命令手下须仁（余文乐 饰）、肥秋（林子聪 饰）和傻强（杜汶泽 饰）进入曾琛的帮派中当卧底，而事实上曾琛也派了手下华dee（黄浩然 饰）潜入了警队当中。当他们进入了帮派后，才发现曾琛不懂如何处理黑社会中的事务，本质并不坏。 这时候，须仁他们被数名不知情的女警抓住了。须仁等人更对这几名警花产生了感情。不久黑社会的最高头目死去了，帮派内部纠纷不断。须仁这几名搞怪之人也掺和进去了，继而发生一连串乱七八糟的糊涂事。。一个马戏团的小矮人和他最好的朋友大象从燃烧的汽车里救了一个漂亮的年轻女人。当小矮人后来拜访这位女士时，她告诉他他有一个愿望，因为他救了她的命。侏儒想要一个晚上……。
