Wanting to believe their mother left some guidance to help heal the wounds of her abs...。出生于乡村的小川哲梦（柳乐优弥 饰）自幼和动物生活在一起，喜爱动物的父母在家里弄了个半福利性质的小川动物园。受父母影响，哲梦也和这群可爱的小生灵培养出深厚的友情。 不久后，母亲志绪里（常盘贵子 饰）买进一头小象，取名“蓝迪”。大概天性使然，哲梦很快和蓝迪成为天性相同的好朋友。为了成为日本第一位训象师，哲梦踏上了前往泰国大象训练中心的求学之路…… 本片来源于真实事件，并根据坂本哲梦的母亲坂本小百合的小说《ちび象ランディと星になった少年（小象Randy與變成星星的少年）》改编。。
