本剧改编自同名漫画，讲述了在昭和时代，四姐妹中的三女儿关谷夏美（芳根京子饰）在樱花盛开的春日，因突如其来的一纸婚约，与帝国海军军官江端泷昌（本田响矢饰）订婚。然而，就在婚礼当天，泷昌因工作无法到场，婚姻生活在“新郎缺席”的混乱开局中拉开序幕。两个对恋爱毫无经验、青涩纯真的年轻人，在困惑与摸索中，以“夫妻”这一纽带彼此牵绊、相互靠近，并逐渐培养出深厚的爱意。。A troupe of struggling stage actors is rehearsing for a small-town production of a play. Everything seems to be as it should until one of the cast members turns up dead. In a panic, the others try to get out, only to find they are now locked in the theater with the killer! Which one of them committed the murder, and who will get out alive?。
